Phil provided exemplary service during the entire process. During our search for homes across multiple cities, he worked on our schedule, came
prepared to every showing, and never pressured us. When we finally decided on our neighborhood and home, he was a reliable and trusted source of information.

Our negotiation and closing process was not normal or easy due to difficulties with the seller's agent. But again Phil was there to help us along
the way. If I ever thought I could do this on my own, that thought stopped at this point. One great thing about him is that he is quick to respond to our calls, texts, or emails.

Now that we closed and moved-in, Phil has kept in touch with us to continue helping us with new issues and become acquainted as first-time home

Excellent support while looking for my dream home, writing offer, doing inspections, negotiating the price, and even AFTER the sale. The kitchen fridge went bad, Fidelity Home Warranty was slow to respond--Phil was relentless with his follow up contacting them daily until they FedEx'ed (overnight) a check for me to buy a new fridge. Definitely recommend!
